    Re:”The Listener”
The lead character, Toby Logan, was a paramedic who could hear (and see-guess they didn’t want to call it The Seer) the thoughts of others. It wasn’t a medical drama, but his job headquartered him at the ambulence department of a hospital. It is the typical ”sci fi lite” series that networks tend to gravitate towards. Crime/mystery/problem of the week with the hero using a special ability. He has since been pulled into official crime solving and away from the paramedic duties, working with a police detective. Season 4 started in Canada several weeks ago.

Thanks Kyle. I tried watching the first 2 or 3 episodes and it was too light on sci-fi or interesting characters for me. Sounds like they made some adjustments to the formula. Thank you for the updates on its current status.
