On this podcast Kevin covers The Shadow Cabal (aka Dragon Lore: Curse of the Shadow and aka SAGA: The Shadow Cabal) (2013) which is available directly from Arrowstorm Entertainment.

Here’s the description…

Keltus, a devoted agent of the ruling Order is on the trail of the enigmatic Shadow Cabal. When his leads run cold, he must team up with a tormented elven bounty hunter, Nemyt, and an infamous orc raider, Kullimon, to infiltrate the Shadow and try to thwart their nefarious purpose – to unleash the God of the Undead.

  1. I love Arrowstorm Entertainment! Personally, I think their best film (that I have seen) is “Dawn Of The Dragon Slayer”, but this was tons of fun.

It’s home video release title was “Curse Of The Dragon Slayer”, but it’s still not meant to be a sequel, so that’s a bit odd.

Title – 7 (Shadow Cabal) 4 (Curse Of The Dragon Slayer)
    Plot – 7
    Acting – 8
Special Effects – 8 (I am included the impressive make-up)
    Cheese Level – 3
    Eye Candy – 0
    Rewatchability – 7
    Death Scenes – 5

I have been going through all the old podcasts (I am a very new listener), and I didn’t notice any of their other films being reviewed. I would love to join you on here for doing one. They just released (Kickstarter funded) a movie in time for Christmas titled “The Christmas Dragon”, which appears to be a bit more family oriented than their usual fair.
