This was a good one. And I know what you mean. I found myself saying to the wife, a bit more often these days, “Oh it’s quite a good one… very gritty…”
I think I do miss the simple [80s] days of get-the-girl / kill-the-baddies. And that would be week upon week.
You were in, you knew who everyone was, nothing built up too slowly, the job got done, and you were out again. Whammo. Thank you.
