While the Earp sisters are certainly the heart of this show, it seems like in this episode we clearly see them on separate pages regarding Willa. Waverly is totally indifferent to her death, while Wynonna is completely lost. Perhaps this is because Waverly didn’t see Willa in her final moments, where it was revealed how troubled and tortured her life was in the tree house, but there is clearly no empathy from Waverly. I’d be curious to learn how deep this rift between the sisters gets before all is revealed to Wynonna regarding Waverly’s possession/identity struggle.
