Great episode you two. I haven’t seen this movie yet but after hearing this I HAVE to add it to my watch list. The trailer looks fantastic and I am all about miraculous decapitation scenes.
Living in the gator capital of the world (Florida) I can tell you that no one puts a homing or tracking device in an alligator, insurance or not. They’re either wild, a cheap attraction, or lunch. Mmmmm gators nuggets.
And Christine, the boat with a big fan is called an air boat and they weigh like 500 pounds. Not enough to pull a giant swamp shark on land. 😉
Great job on the movie. Can’t wait for the next episode!
Glad that you enjoyed the podcast Jason especially since you haven’t seen the movie yet! There isn’t a US release date for the DVD yet. It is available in region 2 from Amazon.co.uk if you can’t wait. 😉
I thought this was a fun, fast paced movie. I didn’t feel the need to skip any parts of this movie. It was very entertaining and had a decent cast with a good amount of shark bait!
Lately, I find myself rooting for the sharks over the humans in these movies.

I’d say an above-average SyFy movie.
PS: There could have been some more eye-candy in the film. This always helps these movies.
