  1. Kevin & Crew, Sorry I’m behind, but I’m catching up on these episodes now! You mentioned the new social media app called Umami, but didn’t seem to know what umami is. The word has Japanese origins and is synonymous with “savoriness.” It’s used within cooking circles to describe one of the five basic tastes, along with sweet, sour, salt, and bitter. It seems the app creators intend their technology to help us savor our TV viewing experience. Enjoy!
