Before anyone else mentions it let me just say that yes this movie does looks very similar to a certain upcoming theatrical release…very similar title, very similar poster and very similar plot. I’m sure it’s all just a coincidence.
Here’s the description…
Hundreds of extra-terrestrial ships swarm Los Angeles, causing death and chaos ahead of an impending alien invasion. A small group of United States military personnel are able to get underground, where they learn the only way to stop the invasion is by destroying the mothership from within. It falls to two determined soldiers to finish the job before the human race is demolished. Stars Nia Peeples (Pretty Little Liars) and Kel Mitchell (Kenan & Kel).
Starting with this blog post I’m going to change things up a bit as far as listing the upcoming SyFy Original Movies. Rather than doing just the once a month blog post listing all the upcoming month’s titles I’m going to list each movie in it’s own blog post. I’ll likely wait until about two weeks before the air dates since that’s when SyFy usually releases a trailer and more details. This way you’ll have more information to go on so you can be sure to watch and/or record it. 🙂
