I agree that the Soldiers talking among themselves was not adequately explained – other than the idea that the soldiers with the new implants are the new enhanced humans or like the machine are the evolved species, which was hinted at at the end with his daughter talking to his “mother” , humans are obsolete. But didn’t you think that the scientists and evil administrated had waaaay too little control over all of their creations? This lack of control was something else that bothered me.
Yes, the evil administration should have had more control over their creations but that’s a common thing we see in B movies. It’s often what allows our heroes to save the day.
