This movie was ok, pretty good in all areas, but did not have the “fun” of a B-Movie.

Title: 7; Plot: 4; Acting: 7; Special Effects: 7; Cheese Level: 4; Eye Candy: 4; Rewatchability: 2; Death Scenes: 4
I gave the Title a 7 for the name, it evoked a much better movie and got me to finally watch this.
I gave the plot a 4, since it was just another re-telling of Moby Dick. The best version of this I’ve seen has been the Hallmark Production starring Patrick Stewart with the cameo by Gregory Peck as Father Maple (the original Ahab).
I gave Cheese Level a 4, mostly for the great character by Vinnie Jones who was killed off far too soon and the over-the-top acting by Glover.
Eye Candy is a 4 because at least she undressed once for us…
Rewatchability is a 2, I have no real interest in watching this again. It would have been nice to have more character moments, maybe even more of a romance.
Death Scenes is a 4. There were many, but too much was off-screen.

A decent entry by SyFy but not an overly memorable one.

    Great podcast though, very entertaining.
